Advanced safety technology for complete peace of mind.

Every NeoRide elevator is engineered with multiple layers of intelligent safety systems to ensure reliable, smooth and secure transportation for your family. All twelve are standard, not extras.

Automatic Rescue Device (ARD)
01

Automatic Rescue Device (ARD)

Moves the elevator to the nearest floor during a power failure, so passengers exit safely instead of waiting inside.

Emergency battery backup
02

Emergency battery backup

Supplies temporary power during outages and keeps essential elevator functions running.

Emergency alarm system
03

Emergency alarm system

Lets passengers call for assistance instantly, with quick two-way communication and peace of mind.

Door safety sensor
04

Door safety sensor

Detects obstacles in the doorway and prevents the doors closing, protecting passengers from accidental injury.

Overspeed governor
05

Overspeed governor

Monitors car speed continuously and activates the safety mechanism if excessive speed is detected.

Emergency brake system
06

Emergency brake system

Stops the elevator instantly during abnormal conditions, for maximum passenger protection and control.

Fire alarm integration
07

Fire alarm integration

Responds automatically to building fire alarm signals and directs the car safely to a designated floor.

Anti-skid flooring
08

Anti-skid flooring

Special flooring material reduces the risk of slipping and provides secure footing for all passengers.

Voice announcement system
09

Voice announcement system

Clearly announces floor arrivals and elevator status, improving convenience and accessibility.

LED cabin lighting
10

LED cabin lighting

Bright, energy-efficient lighting for clear visibility and a comfortable, safe cabin environment.

Child safety features
11

Child safety features

Enhanced protection designed around young passengers, for safer and worry-free family use.

Magnetic drive control
12

Magnetic drive control

Advanced magnetic positioning technology for smooth, precise movement and superior ride comfort and accuracy.

Redundancy Six layers of advanced safety

Six ways out,
stacked one behind another.

Each layer is independent of the one above it. If the first cannot act, the next does not depend on it to work — which is the whole point of stacking them.

Escalation order

Layers 1 and 2 are automatic and need no one present. Layers 3 and 4 bring a responder into contact with the car. Layers 5 and 6 are purely mechanical, and work with the power off and the electronics dead.

Ask about rescue procedure

Primary ARD

The main Auto Rescue Device. On a power failure it takes over on battery, drives the car to the nearest landing and opens the doors.

Secondary ARD

An independent backup rescue circuit. If the primary unit is unavailable, the second one completes the same rescue on its own supply.

SOS Key

A dedicated emergency call button inside the car that raises the alarm and opens two-way voice contact immediately.

Emergency Door Key

A landing-side key that lets a trained responder release and open the doors manually from outside the shaft.

Mechanical Button

A hand-operated release that moves or frees the car without any electrical supply at all — the layer that works when nothing else does.

Trap Door

A final ceiling escape route in the car roof, for evacuation when the doors cannot be used.

Full list Features across the range

Thirty features, available
across the NeoRide range.

Some are standard on every model, others are specified per project. Tell us how the lift will be used and we will mark up which apply to yours.

Under load How the layers work together

One failure should never
become an incident.

The power goes out

The emergency battery keeps the controller, lighting and alarm live. The Auto Rescue Device takes the car to the nearest floor and opens the doors. Nobody is left inside waiting for the mains.

Something is in the doorway

The door safety sensor scans the opening as a curtain of light. Anything in the path — a foot, a stroller wheel, a walking stick — holds the doors open instead of closing on it.

The car moves faster than it should

The overspeed governor watches speed continuously. Past the trip point it engages the safety gear on the guide rails, and the emergency brake stops the car mechanically, independent of the drive.

The building fire alarm sounds

Fire alarm integration overrides the calls in the queue, sends the car to the designated floor, parks it with the doors open and takes it out of service so nobody uses it during an evacuation.

Someone needs help inside the car

The alarm button raises an audible alert and opens the intercom for two-way conversation. The voice announcement system keeps passengers informed of floor and status throughout.
